We focus on the fundamentals of exercise, which means that we can work with high level athletes, people who have injuries, those who are working out for health reasons and those who just want some guidance with their workouts.
At Synergy, we think of exercise as a continuum and everything you do in your life falls onto that continuum. We create plans with the goal of increasing your capabilities on that continuum, hopefully to allow you to continue to do what you love.
